Cretel 702A Pork Derinding Machine

An automatic derinding and membrane skinning machine for all kind of pork cuts. The cutting thickness can be adjusted to precision, even while in operation. The optimal distance between the press rollers and the blade is hence automatically controlled. The 702A features a very accurate gripping system. Built to operate reliably and perfectly under the most demanding working conditions.
The conveyor belt and the hold-down roller can be opened without tools. The machine is equipped with damage resistant infeed and outfeed conveyor belts whose slope is adjustable so that it can be used in a production line.

Applications:  

For the derinding of all kinds of pork cuts (such as bellies, loins, bacons, fatbacks, jowls, etc) and for lard slicing.
