Description

Steam ventilation options for Eliona Industrial machines

All Eliona Industrial machines can be equipped with a steam extraction system which consists of the necessary pipes, flow rate valves and ventilators. The amount of extracted steam is controlled with flow rate butterfly valves connected to the steam outlet collars. The ventilators are equipped with a lead back hose to guide condensed water back to the machine. Depending on the type of machine the system is delivered with an outside diameter of 160mm or 200mm.

Steam extraction with 1 ventilator:

Recommended on washing machines with one or two washing modules.

Steam extraction with two ventilators:

Recommended on washing machines with two or more washing modules.
Technical specifications:

0,09 kW / ventilator
500 m³/hour, 1300 RPM by the ventilator with a total pressure of 160 Pa

: Steam Extraction with 2 ventilators

Steam extraction with one ventilator at the end of the washing tunnel:

Recommended on washing machines with two or more washing modules working with cold water on the prewashing section.

Remarks:

In standard ventilators and the flow rate valves are entirely made out of synthetic materials, same for the piping. In option the delivery of the ventilators, flow rate valves and pipes in stainless steel can be foreseen.
In standard the PLC and the necessary relays in the control panel are foreseen and preprogrammed in order to control the steam extraction system on top of the washing machines.
