Wash Treatments
Infeed: Stainless steel infeed zone with water recuperation.
Washing zone: Sustained jetting with warm water and soap, re-circulated from a heated wash tank. Water injection through nozzles type Pro-max, mounted on stainless tubes. Permanent water filtration through horizontal filter situated just above the water tank.
Rinsing zone: Sustained jetting with hot, fresh water provided by the customer (standard) with water recuperation to the washing zone, this to refresh and heat up the washing water. Rinsing system through nozzles type Pro-max, mounted on stainless tubes.
Outfeed: Stainless steel outfeed zone with water recuperation.
