FISH SKINNING MACHINE SERIES 365

Heavy-duty stand-alone fish skinner with manual infeed for all industrial applications. Solid construction with 36cm wide skinning blade. It conforms to the highest standards required in the fish processing industry.

‘Star’ cleaning roller with forward and reverse rotation complete with water spray nozzles with adjustable volume.

Model 365F for skinning of whole flatfish such as sole, brill, dab, winter flounder, lemon sole, plaice, halibut, turbot, monkfish, skate, … furthermore fillets of herring, cod, saithe, silver hake, pollack, angler, mackerel, red bream, trout, salmon, etc.

Model 365S for skinning of scaled fish species such as fillets of perch, pike, tikapia, carp, bream, snapper, grouper, catfish, sturgeon, etc.

Model 365C combines the applications of model 362F and model 362S in one machine
