The essential difference between the two models is the capacity.
The four rack model (BTDS76CE) has a capacity of 76 litres.
The six rack model (BTDS108CE) has a massive capacity of 108 litres.
The front exterior of both models has a painted brushed stainless steel look, the internal surfaces are in stainless steel.
As with the Original Bradley Smoker the cabinets are insulated.
The smokers use the automatic Bradley Bisquette feed system, are supplied with a recipe book and cooking instructions, maintenance and operating manual.
The Bradley extra racks and jerky racks will fit these new models as well as the original and Stainless Steel models.
